Oral History Boot Camp In-Person

This free hands-on workshop will teach you how to use oral history to capture memories and document stories about your family, organization, or community institutions. Bring ideas for oral history projects you want to plan. Registration required.

Morning Session (10am-12pm)

Lunch Break (12-1pm)

Coffee, tea, water, and snacks will be provided. Bring your own lunch or go out for lunch during the break.

Afternoon Sessions

  • Practice Interviews (1-3pm)
  • Genealogy & Local History Resources (3:15-4pm)
