NEA Big Read Virtual Lecture -- "Using Funeral Programs to Inform Genealogy Research" In-Person
VIRTUAL EVENT.
Toni Morrison's novel, "Beloved," is about family and grief. Funeral programs are tied to both family and loss and tell the stories of our ancestors. Genealogist Renate Yarborough Sanders discusses how funeral programs are used to uncover clues in family research.
Registration is required and a link to access the virtual program will be emailed to you the week of the program.
This is a Big Read Event sponsored by the College of Coastal Georgia Library.
